The strategic change of the organization fails because it is difficult for the personnel to commit to its implementation.
The strategic change of the organization fails because it is difficult for the personnel to commit to its implementation.
1.The personnel does not commit to the strategy, because the strategic change is not understood or perceived as their own.
2.The strategy is not perceived as one’s own, because the personnel does not have time to discuss sufficiently, in which case the prioritization of the changes and tasks required by the strategy fails.
3.Sufficient discussion, dialogue, enables an understanding of why, what and how to work differently from the perspective of the staff and teams.
Strategy work doesn’t have to mean one-sided communication, a slide show, consultants or a heavy software implementation project.
