Susanna says that the data accumulated from the conversations through the tool also earns praise, as it can be used in a substantive way in the company's decision-making: "We have been able to genuinely use all the game materials and summaries in developing our business, tying them firmly into the company's development work. The reports do not just end up in an archive; they are actively used in many different situations, for example in improving the working atmosphere between departments and teams."Active collaboration
