Topaasia: Diversity is a serious game for developing the diversity themes of a work community together with the whole staff.
By playing the conversation game you:
- discuss as equals and hear everyone fairly
- make successes and development areas visible
- bring diversity work into everyday life
- get a written action plan for advancing diversity
The game was created in content collaboration with Technology Industries of Finland and the University of Eastern Finland.

- Diamonds – Leadership practices
- Hearts – Privileges
Contents: the package includes 52 statement cards, 10 perspective cards, an hourglass, instructions and the game box.
