How to use Topaasia games in pairs in development discussions, one-on-one coaching or sparring sessions.

4 years 2 Originally designed for the needs of teams and groups, the Topaasia® serious card games also bend brilliantly to a one-on-one game moment. Take Topaasia® games along to solve a problem, spar on a specific topic or simply spark your thinking. This article explains how the game runs quickly and well when played by two! Before starting the game session, you can download the Topaasia® canvas, which helps crystallise the outcome of the game session and define the session's topic. 1) Choose the theme or burning challenge you want to discuss The topic can be, for example, marketing, time management, personal development or coping at work. This topic serves as the context of the game session. 2) Choose three perspective cards. We recommend the perspectives most inspiring, weakest, most important, most frustrating and most likely risk. Shuffle your chosen perspective cards face down into their own pile. perspectives 3) Deal five cards from the deck to both players. If the cards are not a good fit, a player can exchange cards from the deck. -Once the players have chosen their cards, place them face up on the table. selection 5) Discuss the choice for the perspective. -Turn the hourglass and discuss which card best fits the perspective card in the context of the game session. The hourglass may be turned a maximum of 3 times during the discussion, making the discussion at most 9 minutes long. -Choose the card that best matches the perspective. After choosing, place your chosen card on top of the perspective card and set it aside to wait for the session's summary. The remaining cards are shuffled back into the deck.
